I don't understand how this keeps happening. At that level, paying your taxes should be the first thing on the list when you get paid.
Is she still not shaving her legs?

In 2016, she had a tax lien filed against her for the years ending 2013 and 2014 for a total of $389,904.98. Last fall, the federal government said she was late paying her taxes in 2015 as well to the tune of $170,720.74.
That's a lot of tax for 2013 and 2014. $194,950 a year. To owe that much, she must have been earning around a million a year and not paying it all.
So, I'm guessing she has an accountant or she could be doing her own taxes. I don't know. But year ending 2013 means she filed in 2014 and didn't pay enough. And couldn't pay of the taxes owed in 2013 along with 2014. My guess is she started spending more than she earned, or she's just giving too much money away and not realizing she has to shut the valve off when it comes to being generous.
Now, if she's pulling in a million, she's got to pay off taxes for 2013, 2014 and 2015 which is around $560,624, plus 2016 which would amount to about the same as 2015. That's like $730,624, or 3/4th of her gross income. If she doesn't clamp down now, she'll be filing for bankruptcy soon.
