Monitor Options PS4/PS5?

Thought this would be pretty straightforwards but it hasn't been...


The more I read the more conflicting advice I seem to be getting


It seems like there's a disconnect/divide on 4k/hdr and refresh rates over 60hz



LG might be on of the go to monitors but there are more than a handful of similarly named monitors with similar specs for whatever reason

How do you get audio?

it actual has speakers, they're nothing special but are more than enough for my small office when I tested out a 4k movie on my playstation
I couldn't get audio when I tried to hook up my cable box to it but maybe my other hdmi cable was bad or that just won't work
I have astros for gaming though and that's hooked up to the playstation through a dock
not sure if there's a headphone jack but there might be
