Given that monkeypox is endemic in Africa, the vast majority of its sufferers are - likely heterosexual black Africans. In essence, heterosexual black people.

I’m sorry for those living with hiv in Africa. There are differences between blacks living in Africa and blacks who live in America, your being obtuse. I just did some brief research to educate myself and between a broken healthcare system, unsanitary/poor living conditions and health care, sexual promiscuity, polygamy and poverty, and slew of other third world issues, its a lot of different factors contributing to the high rate in Africa. I can’t speak on it.

But in America it is not heterosexuals that have the highest rate of HIV. It is homosexuals.
