Considering this is the final update, I'll eventually get around to it...

gog armor has seperate set bonuses for multiple different set pieces, and gog artian weapons give two random set bonuses

I pay attention to the meta and as of right now it seems varied enough that people will take at least 4 days to a week to work out what people should be aiming for, for each weapon in terms of armor/set bonuses/attack-element-affinity choices

jin dahaad in a couple days may shake it up even further but we'll see
