Yea, maybe, but it's the truth. Dudes personality is ass but he's made cool beats and the snippets I've heard from this project have been top notch.
it has and his production is impressive. His long awaited debut was dope, i would place in the name of Allah as a supreme wu tang joint.

Latest from Cilvaringz

Ok look. Here's where we at and where it's going. As I mentioned before, I was working on a revolutionary plan for this album. Not necessarily musically, but more the marketing and release. I wanted this album to do more than just be a Cilvaringz produced album, to serve a purpose in the music industry and to make history. The idea I had follows in line with Jay-Z's #newrules campaign. I had the idea before he and Nipsey Hustle started with new creative ways of releasing music. But mine's was so complex and so controversial, it took a lot of thought and lots of convincing. The black box you see on my Instagram is part of it. Yes the album is real, 100%. Yes it is mixed and was mastered, but I didn't like the master so on Jan 14-15-16 I'm remastering it in Belgium. If you're there, you're more than welcome to come through. Yes the art design of it is also done.

However, very soon a major media outlet will exclusively break the news about the uniqueness of this particular album. The reason I have to keep it secret is because once somebody runs with the idea, everything will be for nothing. We must be the first ones to come out like this. A few weeks back I was supposed to meet RZA face to face in LA. However, I deemed it better to write him a letter first to explain the whole process, from the album recordings to the marketing plan. Believe me, no matter how much a generous dude RZA is, sitting with him discussing business can be intimidating which can lead to forgetting about important shyt you wanna say. So I wrote a letter, long ass letter, 8 pages.

He flew to Canada and read the letter a few times over. He then called me and we spoke for 36 minutes. He understood what I wanted to do and agreed that such an approach, despite the controversy it's going to generate, might benefit all genres of music, not just Hiphop. He offered his support for it. With the exception of a few business details all was okayed and we agreed that the Wu brand should be at the helm of revolutionary ideas as they were in the 90s.

So what does this idea mean for you guys. Well I can't give it away just yet, but remember when I said 'post 100' ? It's just a name, it has no real relation to the idea, but it serves as a remembrance.

Whatever your opinion will be once the concept is released to the public, remember that I would never shyt on our fans for the sake of personal glory and gain. My concept consist of many steps, not just the first one you will hear about. Make sure you remember that. There will be many here that will protest, some maybe in the nastiest ways. But just trust me when I say, I got you. Just be patient.

And that's all I can say about it for now.

For some reason this Clivaringz guy is starting to rub me the wrong way. "I was supposed to meet with RZA but was intimidated so I wrote him a letter". What kind of bytch made shyt is that? We're talking about the man who INVENTED the Wu-Tang brand through and through, took 9 brothers from the gutter and helped hone their unique talents to make them international superstars. If you want to play around in HIS sandbox then you better be man enough to meet him on HIS standards.

Yea that part stood out the most to me also, Zig. What type of sh!t is that? You're intimidated to talk to RZA face to face, like a man, about a project you invested years into? Crazy.

Not to defend that irritating fool, lol, sending an 8 page letter of explanation was a good idea. let the Boss fully understand what this object is then have a discussion. a 36 min conversation/discussion, Hmmm, sure! lol
So we are getting this b*stard project out soon?

Thing is tho, if he can't explain the fundamentals of his idea in simple terms, face to face, then it's probably not a very good business idea.

I always skipped this thread because for some reason I thought that this was a fan compilation series that was being made. Reading Cilcaringz thoughts about this project seems interesting as hell.

Some mysterious 9 stage/ step process for an album that is part Wu/ Killa Beez/ Cilva with hella members sounds too good to be true. From the responses in the thread, it just might be. I want to shed light on Cilva being intimidated by RZA. For someone like him to be so close with the clan is from a place of admiration. I agree that it was very verbose to write an 8 page letter but I understand the gravity of his situation and the gravitas that RZA imparts.

Looking at it from Cilva's perspective, he doesn't want something to close to him to go up in smoke because of entities that are larger than him. From RZA's perspective, he's the first mason who laid stone to/ for the Wu so of course you'd want to have his blessing rather than his contempt. However, you could look at RZA like Royce Gracie. He created Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (The Wu brand) and consequently the foundation for MMA (everything after) but that's Dana White's now (Cilva's project).

This is something that Cilva has been working towards and he would love to do it his way similar to the direction that MMA has gone under White. He wants his chance but I understand that it's the Wu he's taking it with. I'd love to see it come to fruition just because I want to see the process that he's so invested in. I'd also like to think that the Wu should be open and able to trying new things. Their brand is rock solid and will forever be. I feel at this point in their career, they can be more adventurous without playing the game so to speak.

I think the project is still very interesting, but I don't like how Cilvarings has been talking about this for so long on the internet, while admittting he hasn't told RZA. How the fukk are you telling thousands (if not hundred thousands) of people you're doing this but you're intimidated to tell RZA. The internet is bigger than Wu Corp breh (thank god)
