You know I thought about that but I figured if that did that then it would make me want to buy another car even more. It's like you get a tease with the new car and then they take it away. I'd be in there like a crack addict!!

He may need to step up to a X5. But seriously it may be time for an SUV of some sorts.

yeah, they have a grand cherokee.

Yea I plan on keeping it, but Im tired of SUVs, I want a car. I'm finally at point now where I can get a somewhat nice one

Well I'm thinking imma wait another year. In 2017 I could probably find a 2014 Q50 for maybe 25k payment around $350 after the down payment. I'm in between that infiniti and a Cadilla ATS, just wish the ATS had the horse power that the infiniti does

I've got a similar plan but I was thinking of waiting until 2018 and getting a 2016 since they are getting new engines for this year. I wish I could afford the eau rogue version :noah:

2006 Honda Accord vp paid off in 2012. Over 215,000 miles and the most I have paid outside of regular oil changes and new tires is $160 for a solenoid valve and $175 for a pedal sensor. :blessed:

you living the dream. I'd ride that til the wheels fall off. hopefully your only major expenses with that car are tires/brakes going foward. You will have to do the timing belt every 80K miles or so I believe tho.

Just replaced the DUB after 11 years. :mjcry:
Now i gotta deal with payments all over again after a damn near 6 year hiatus. My child support check will be late, @Rawtid

I got a good deal on the interest (2.35% on a used certified car) but payments are payments no matter what.

My car has the chain.:banderas:I was asking my mechanic if I should start looking for another car because of the mileage I have. He says, "I would never be afraid to buy a Honda with over 300,000 miles on as long as it had had regular oil changes. You still have a lot of life left in this car. You will have minor stuff here and there but its better than a car payment every month." :lawd: I love this car. Always treats me right. Honda is truly the goat when it comes to reliability.

Nothing like paying off a car, especially when you try to sell it and it's worth half of what you paid for it :francis:

I wanted to buy a new car but the way my finances are set up....

My 2003 Civic runs like a dream though.

I have an '01 Civic with 145K on it, still runs good. Title sitting at home, no payments is really nice, however........... I do want an '08 Acura TL Type S with the 6-speed manual. Really not big on new cars, a few caught my eye but damn them shyts is $$$
