You are a juror in a murder/pedo trial. The accused crimes are as follows, he raped a 9yr old boy and killed his family and then proceeded to kill the boy a week after abusing him for a week. The evidence is clear as day and DNA evidence is conclusive. The thing is the defendant is worth 50 million dollars, he has his people contact you and offer you 5 million to swing for a mistrial and the money is yours.

What do you do?:francis:

If the boy’s family was alive, I wouldn’t budge on the decision, because they would need to receive justice.

Since the boy and his family are both dead, there is hypothetically no one to which justice would need to be received, so the money might look appealing. :yeshrug:

Convict him..If he's that much of a scumbag he'd prob just have you killed rather than pay up anyway

It’s guranteed you will be paid and no harm will come to you, the only conundrum you have to deal with is a moral one.
