Everybody already knows the abortion rate is high, but this is right wing clownery. Most Black families are just single mothers and kids, the Black infant and child mortality rate is higher than anyone else's, Black men are getting locked up and murdered more than anyone else, etc. If you aren't working to fix any of those things, which of course the white Republicans writing like this aren't, then don't complain about the abortion rate.

If you look at the statistics for Black Americans, especially males, why would anybody want anymore of them born...?

The worst thing is that there is NOTHING happening in the Black Community to show that things will improve for Black People...

Of course, some Blacks will do well for themselves, leave their communities for a nice predominantly White neighborhood...But the question is why can't they create many of their own nice predominantly Black neighborhoods...

White cops are killing young Black Males, so why can't Black People join the Police Force and police their own neighborhoods...

Some White Privileged lady thinks a Black Man is not appropriately dressed to shop in her store, then why isn't there a prestigious Black own store...?

Why are the NBA, NFL and MLB owned by Whites when Black People are the talent...?

These are things that can be done with the right leadership....NOTHING is stopping Black People from doing this except the corruption of capitalism and a lack of true racial pride...

I think it's for the best. Many of these babies were aborted for a reason, and all too often that reason is because the parents wouldn't have been able to properly support/raise that baby. Most likely if this baby was forced to come to term it would've been born into poverty with a mother who was working herself to death to care for it and eventually it would've just been another victim of the system. I know this is hard for a lot of black people but we need to stop looking at abortions as an inherently negative thing.
