I’ve never wanted kids and when I found out my now wife didn’t want them either it only helped to show me we were on the same page. There is no deep selfish reason. I just don’t have that desire. We decided as the trade off we would assist our friends with their kids, so it all works. Got plenty of God kids now. Takes a village anyways …

Imagine thinking procreation is some honorable duty when it's something that, unless it's rooted in some medical issue, everyone can do and it takes literally no skills to accomplish. And then trying to guilt trip a mu'fukka because they don't see something as personal and arbitrary as having a child the same way you don't.

Ironically enough, you're a great example of why someone would be turned off to creating more humans in fear of adding more judgmental a$$holes to a world teeming of them

Life itself is arguably rooted in selfishness by it's very nature, if we really wanna take it there. Everybody "expects" something from somebody unless you living a complete life of solitude so i don't think that is much of the gotcha you think it is.
