More Bad News: Memphis Bleek’s Home Headed To The Auction Block
Things are looking bleak for Memphis Bleek.
"Jay Z’s mentee is scheduled to have his modest Monmouth County, NJ home auctioned off to the highest bidder in a sheriffs sale this fall after he struggled to pay the mortgage, BOSSIP can reveal.
Memphis Bleek’s Keyport, NJ home is set to be sold Sept. 12 at a starting price of $308,203, according to its listing with the Monmouth County Sheriffs Department. Memphis Bleek bought the nearly 2,500 square foot home in 2003 for $300,000, using a $274,000 mortgage from Bank Of America, public records show."

"We exclusively revealed yesterday that Memphis Bleek filed for bankruptcy earlier this year, claiming he had nothing in his business account and just $100 in cash. Bleek said he had $274,190 in assets like the house, a 2014 Chevy Impala and his company, “Get Low Touring,” which he said is worth zero."
Memphis Bleek has reportedly denied that he is suffering such huge financial problems. But documents obtained by BOSSIP show the true extent of the “Coming Of Age” rapper’s money woes."

"BOSSIP has learned that Bank of America began foreclosure proceedings against Bleek back in 2013 – and it filed an objection in March to the rapper’s proposed debt repayment plan, claiming Bleek hasn’t been paying the mortgage, and still owed $119,732.

A judge has yet to rule on the rapper’s repayment plan."
