A younger cousin of mine (not even 21 yet), just got hired a few months back and he says that some days, when he and his crew know that the supervisor is not going to be in, they will literally clock in, leave after a couple hours of work to go on a āsmokeā break (but take 6-7 off), then come back at the end of the shift to clock out.
