I know its jump on TB time but this is pretty common, shyt this year on hard knocks one of the defensive coaches told a player after watching him help up a player in practice on film "Aight thats fine here, but in a game thats a $100 fine"

I can see bucs in 2014 being the chiefs of 2013

its criminal they are winless, granted the O Line and QB situations are big fixes but theres talent on the team. its not like the Jags where its a 3 year plan, with a decent stopgap QB and line-centric draft they could get back in it next year

TB has talent, its amazing how bad coaching can destroy a team. See Kansas City w/ Haley and without
this isnt just bad coaching, this is soul destroying coaching.

A lot of these dudes are probably reconsidering their careers in football.

See the 9ers under Singletary and then Harbaugh taking that same team to a fumble away from the Super Bowl the next year. Coaching's so important.
I dont think the 49er players quit on Singletary tho. They may have thought he sucked as a coach and Singletary let them down with his tactics, but this is something else.

Schiano might be in the worst coach ever in NFL history conversation. :patrice:

honestly, I'm not even mad at that. I don't like players helping up opposing players either.

Help ur teammates up, let the opponent expend their energy to get up. :manny: Pretty sure Pat Riley usd to tell his teams the same thing if I recall.

they quit after they saw that behind all the rah rah was the same rah rah and more rah rah :manny:

still imo without Mike Niners wouldnt be where they are. Mike got sense into VD, at the very least

well put it like this, Singletary lost them because he shyt with his tactics. I dont think the players thought Mike was a bad dude and didnt want to play for him.

Schiano is on something completely different. I have never seen this with an NFL coach.

Schiano on that I'll say one thing, then do something completely opposite the next minute.

He the dude that says we need to keep things in house, then turn around and take shyt to the public.

He can't adjust to shyt, his gameplan is do shyt my way and if it ain't working, I ain't changing and if I get a lead, we running it the whole time I got the lead, fukk putting my foot on they neck and ending it, that's nasty ugh :scusthov:

I don't think Sing was a bad coach in the same way Schiano is. I actually don't think the team would be as good as they are now without Sing being the coach that he was. Harbs was the perfect coach to follow up Sing because he kept up the toughness, but brought schemes/tactics/an offense with him.
