There's something about the human experience at a restaurant. Chick Fil A only operates 6 days a week and still profitable. I don't see them ever bringing self service kiosk to that company.

Their service is always good. They use walk-up attendants in drive-thru during lunch hour. Everyone I know who worked there in HS/college loved the company. They were founded on small town principles instead of the production line model like other fast-food joints, maybe that is the difference.
