Like most immigrants to America...they use this country's resources as a way to make money, gain valuable skills (healthcare, construction, technology, etc), and then once they have obtained those they go back to their home country to build it up.

That is exactly what I was gonna post. A good majority of immigrant workers came up here in the first place to get bread and send it back home for a while, build shyt up then eventually head back.
