Young people under 30 (Gen z) are drinking less overall and young men especially are going to the gym, avoiding the nightlife(bars, clubs, festivals) and older people over 30 or 35 are slowing down on drinking, and instead prefer to take care of their bodies and decide to adopt healthy lifestyles for the future

they realize they can’t party like they used to anymore. Conscience of mortality leads to maturity.
Why young people are drinking less- my guesses :
Addiction to social media platforms/internet
They got used to Social isolation and confinement during Covid and haven’t let it go
Rise of religiosity and conservative mindsets/lifestyles/values
Taking the Redpill
Tradwife/trad trend on social media (instagram and TikTok)
Desire to find God/coming to Jesus
Thinking getting drunk is embarrassing anf cringe-they don’t want to become viral memes/online jokes
People desiring to find God/Jesus Christ and repent from sin.
As a result People are becoming aware of their sinful nature, their rejection of Christ and their pending punishment in eternal hell (as they’re learning the truth more and more people become born again Christians And are saved forever by the gospel from the fires of permanent hell. They are immediately redeemed by the blood of the lord Jesus Christ as their entire life sin debt ( all their sins they have committed, are committing and will commit until they die naturally ) goes to the savior of mankind. The son of God and lamb of God, Jesus Christ’s record and His righteousness is imputed to them. He made that sacrifice for us. The best trade ever. He paid your debt with his blood and he gives you his spirit and his righteousness, aka his sinless record. Of couse as the son of God Jesus never sinned and he’s spotless like pure and perfect lamb )
Recession/struggling economy/still living with their parents
Social atomization and loss of monoculture
Social awkwardness and lack of social skills/ awareness of many young folks
24/7 strict Gym life and dietary habits
