Cavs just because they went down 3-1 to a 73 win team and made league history. Although after Green got suspended the series was essentially a toss up

As an actual fan of the team, Panthers being favored so dramatically made no sense to me. Getting pressure on Cam is the #1 way to beat Carolina and Denver was best equipped to do that.

As a Denver fan, I wasnt tripping at all on the pundits saying what they were saying leading up to the game. I knew our D would be solid... it was our O I was like..

:lupe: about.

Cavs easily.

Either way its been a good sports year for me.

Wherever nikkas need to be told on
I don't know, breh. It was enjoyable just watching both teams prevail.

For the Broncos, they were facing a team that had only lost one game all year and had the MVP of the league. Everybody kept bringing up how they got blown out by Seattle a few years ago and how they hadn't fared too well against black QBs in SBs. Not to mention they had an old PFM who could barely throw the ball.

For the Cavs, they were facing a team that just broke the regular season wins record and had the MVP of the league. Nobody was really giving them a chance because this was supposedly the greatest team of all time who had just beaten them in last year's finals. Not to mention the 50-year championship drought that hung over the city.

Denver's victory was surprising because of how dominant the defense was. Brehs knew they were good but I don' think anyone anticipated them being so good that they could single-handedly win the damn game.

Cleveland's victory was surprising because they came back from being down 1-3. It had never been done before. They had to win two on GSW's floor, too, which seemed like a hugely daunting prospect.

I've been seeing a lot of comparisons on Twitter between these two. Some are even saying stuff like Peyton = LeBron and Von = Kyrie. Kind of :patrice:at both of these, but I also get it.

On topic, it's actually the Broncos for me. I knew their D was great but I had no idea they'd black out like that. Made Cam look like a little kid out there.

I'd predicted the Cavs to win this series from the jump, so no real shock there. That they wound up overcoming so many historic odds to win is pretty surprising, though.
