State and federal policies play a massive role, and many of these "Black cities" are in Republican-controlled states that sabotage them at every turn by cutting funding, blocking policies, stripping local governments of power, and so on. But I notice you don't have a problem with them gutting public resources or refusing policies that could actually help. The largest concentration of Black people is in the South, and those red state governments have some of the most oppressive, anti-Black policies on the books. And yet, you're supporting Elon and Trump, who are making things worse.

In the end, you're just repeating the same lazy right-wing stereotypes about "blue cities" and "crime," along with the idea that reducing poverty and providing basic support is somehow a bad thing, all while ignoring that Republicans have no problem handing out billions in corporate welfare to the rich. But I notice you're not mad about that, either. In fact, you're cheering them on, and celebrating the richest man in the world as he destroys the social safety net and dismantles the public sector (this has long been a critical source of stable employment and economic mobility for Black people).
