I've heard numerous times there is old Globetrotter footage of Wilt in Paris doing a "hammer and nail" dunk. He cradles his right arm around the ball, soars up to the rim so that the cradled ball hovers right above the rim, and hammers it through with his left hand. Have not been lucky enough to find that footage yet.

He may have taken a pay cut but his rookie NBA contract was the highest paid player salary in NBA history by more than 5 grand at that time... the NBA tried to throw as much money at him as they possibly could they were just broke compared to the very popular Globetrotters at that particular time.

It will be available for all on Youtube - when finished. Right now these clips are unlisted because this is just my work in progress. I'm guessing within a few months once finished it will be a 20 to 25 minute video of exclusively pre-NBA clips of Wilt. If it is a big success, maybe I will do a young to prime Wilt vid, and a Laker Wilt vid in the same style and it could be like a 3 part series or something along those lines.
