Better to reign in Hell than serve in Heaven
Thanks, appreciate it man.

1. I do have bills in terms of student loan debt. I have 60,000 in student loan debt i need to pay back.

2. I have tried applying to all of those places you mentioned but no job offer. I will keep trying man, I can't give up.

3. In your opinion, once I start saving after I get a job how long do you think I should stay at home before moving? How many years should I stay home once I get a job? I'm 30 years old now.
never give up... stay on their ass calling... they get those electronic applications all day long... probably 30-100 a day.. nobody is reading that shyt... but if you call up and give your name, they'll find yours, and then your name is on top, plus they spoken to you

have at least 6 months of rent saved before you move... and never touch it.. so if something goes wrong, you still have half a year to fix it before you actually get kicked out

A lot of people don't have that drive to work hard and figure things out. Location is a factor as well. I've only made 22K a year for the last five years. I've been on my own since 2005. I'm a homeowner and married win 2 kids.

Not at all. I'm comfortable as hell.

:duck:stop lying...

If this was 97' 22k was something decent, 2016 22k is damn near poverty especially after taxes, so no your not living comfortably and I don't believe you are a homeowner, even with grade a credit you'd still be coming up short unless you live in the hood.

I don't live in the hood. I live in what most would consider the suburbs. No need to lie. It's a townhouse. 3 bedrooms. 2 /12 baths. Attached garage. My credit is great. 750. Interest rate 3.75%

that sounds like hell to me :mjcry: :wow:
This is another issue. People watching too much tv

Avg American household makes 52k. that's both partners making 26k a year. And they would have kids as well

How this dude is doing it on 22k who knows. Probably lives in the trap. 757 ain't exactly New York City

But most of America is here surviving on combining 26k with another person making the same

But still, paying mortgage with a wife and 2 kids with 22k? With food and electricity bills to pay?:mindblown:

Something ain't adding up breh :what:
