I just referring to who is more likely to get the roles/be hollywoods it guy for those type of roles. If disney rebooted starwars and wanted a new black person to do Darth Vader's voice, I think Keith David would get the part. Seems like once he put the squeeze on Dr. Huxtable during his comedy routine, it brought The Cos' dirt back into the light. Soon after, everyone started digging at everyone in Hollywood.
Not saying the men are innocent, but context matters. Like if a chick was flirting with a dude....he shoots his shot. She's 50/50 but decides she's not interested...that's different than a woman that makes it plainly obvious she's not interested. I suspect that many of these accusers may not like certain behaviors but don't say anything in the moment. They giggle and smile in a non-committal way. The man thinks he's got a shot, but still hasn't scored..........so he keeps shooting because he can't tell if she's down or not. Women tend to get stage-fright when dealing with famous, powerful or EXTREMELY handsome men. Where they'd cuss out and give stank-face to a regluh-azz breh, they lose some of their "grit" with the top dogs. Of course some will sleep with these guys and then regret it later.
