They must’ve made Cage the main character due to the actor playing him but if Cage is the one to beat Kahn and not Liu Kang then

This does look better than the first film tho… and we gotta stop takin the casting for fighting game movies seriously… yall seen the cast for the new Street Fighter? At least MK casted mostly martial artists lol

I said it a year ago, while Cole for Cage in the last movie was an oversight, ppl were overstating Cage's importance just bc he's the "funny white guy" in an IP about serious asian ppl. His ommitance wasn't why that shyt bombed

The guy that’s playing Raiden is dressed perfectly like Raiden but he also looks nothing like Raiden in the face compared to the games and no one’s saying anything. The old guy playing Scorpion gets praised for that casting so it really depends

I gotta see the full movie but from what I’ve seen from this trailer and his previous roles, I just think he naturally looks and would body the Kano role better but he’s clearly the biggest actor in the movie so you can’t give him a Kano role lol. This movie is all over the place when it comes to ages of the main characters anyways

Early critics said this rights the wrongs of the first movie so we’ll see
