Back in 2012 Kobe was strongly implying he was going to retire in 2014 but the Achilles likely motivated him to hang on for 2 more years so he could go out on his own terms.
Idk man. That year we got Dwight he arguably had a renaissance. He lowkey thrived in that free flowing more “modern” offense . If only d’antoni was able to manage his minutes . Kobe could have played until 40 easy.

KD is someone you’d expect to be here, but he doesn’t have many “go off” type games. He’s content getting his efficient 25-30pts. I haven’t looked it up, but I don’t think KD had more than five 50pt games. I know he’s never scored 60.
