another sir biatch hot take :francis:

one of those things is not like the other. who did FUTURE come in the game sounding like? because if you heard of him before 2012 and were up on him when he dropped the original dirty sprite, or true story...the answer is no body. a little yung LA influence but all those guys were working together back in 2008-2009. if you say T-Pain , then ill know you dont know what youre talking about :jawalrus:

another person crying over SirBiatch's opinion. The funny thing is - you already know who Future is a blatant ripoff of but probably too scared to admit it

one of my favorite childhood memories was watching rap city after school in the winter when it was too cold to be outside. the shyt with joe clair at 4:30. even back then as a damn child i could spot that shazzy was an industry plant 10 miles away. they basically had a Bo$$ clone, and Boss was a plant herself. its like cloning a clone . shazzy was from Queens but they had her looking like Boss,,,who was a girl from detroit they dressed up as a LA crip. it took me forever to remember the name of this song but the chorus has stayed in my head for 25 years. some people involved with the song, including Shazzy herself, are in the comments on this youtube vid and basically say the same thing :francis::mjcry:

for all the 94 golden era dudes out there, lets take the rose tinted glasses off...because ther was so much garbage back then too

So, you're telling me that Shyne's big push from Puffy had nothing to do with him sounding like BIG? You would also have to say that Loon's push had nothing to do with him sounding like Ma$e.

Loon hell yeah because they both were known for their personalities more than spits...Shyne had lyrics for ya ass just like B.I.G. had different ways he would pitch his voice on every song not just his ad libs..That's why there can't ever be another :salute:

Its one of those things that NEVER get talked about like that. Dogg Pound threw some shots at her What Would You Do, but its strange how blatant this shyt was and its so overlooked. Jermaine Dupri gave no fukks :hhh:

At :15 of this video Snoop & Tha Dogg Pound diss Da Brat & Jermaine Dupri.

Yo Gotti had lots of people biting his early style.

Listen to Gotti's verse at 1:45

Now listen to this first verse. Everybody thought this was Gotti at first.

Another rapper with a similar style that was actually with Gotti early on.

Gotti threw some shots at em on songs like this

Lil Wyte was basically a replacement for Gangsta Boo & especially Playa Fly for Three 6. Paul& Juicy even referred to him as that alotta times and named the outro of his his debut album "The Replacement."

Listen to Fly

Now listen to Wyte's flow. Carbon copy.

The dude from New Orleans named TC on the first verse of this sounds and raps EXACTY like "Get Ya Shine On" era BG talkng about Washatona and all that. I swore it was him for the longest.

Just found out he was on one of Trae's albums

Sean Paul's style is basically Pimp C's and C had beef with him about it.

Listen to this Scarface song.

Now listen to this. Master P had shame at all.

Crime Mob's whole style was Memphis rap something serious. Even now they always shout out Memphis rappers as their main influence, especially their early stuff. Diamond & Princess owe their careers to Gangsta Boo.
