Most boring rappers

Like I said, he's a good rapper but that's it to me. I don't really see him as him as an artist. To me, a sign of a great musician is one that has mastered the art of creating a certain atmosphere with their music and is able to bring their listener into it. I don't get that with Cole. In some of his songs, the atmosphere feels forced and he just comes off sounding like a generic rapper. He improved a lot on Born Sinner but the guy just doesn't ever make music I could consider timeless, outside of a few songs.
