This is very fascinating to observe, the interaction between the two. Instead of taking responsibility for her actions, she decides to create a chaotic, emotionally driven argument with the doctor.
Clearly she's a very toxic, confrontational person. She's been used to bullying people into submission to the point where they are too exhausted to engage in further confrontations with her. This way she gets to avoid accountability for her choices.
Look at her man and how beat down and depressed he looks.
