Shadow of Mordor, it was a simple qte and to make it worst I didn't even comprehend the ending (had to look it up on gamefaqs)
All that damn build up for nothing. My goons took out the 5 guards of the black hand with ease.

Demons Souls, they spend the whole game hyping up the last boss and when you finally get to him he turns out to be an actual piece of shyt holding a sword. 
Then he just sits there twitching on the ground waiting for you to kill him which takes 2 or 3 hits.
Pretty anticlimatic ending after all the shyt you have to go through to get there. Game is still piff though.

The literal first boss fight you encounter is harder than Zeus. shyt is just basically a long cutscene with some buttons

If penultimate final bosses was an option, I'd like to say Adachi from Persona 4 Golden....you encounter him and then Ameno Sagiri which is ridiculously hard.

Shredder at the end of Turtles in time SNES and Hyperstone Heist genesis.
He wasn't like his arcade counterpart, all he did was his special moves the entire fight and didn't actual fight the turtles like he did in the arcade version which made it lame you just had to hit him when he wasn't doing his moves.
