That house is a nightclub. You would get burnt out on it pretty fast. No wonder he can't sell it. He's been marketing it hard this year. The shyt is just one big club. His vision is very limited

It's the perfect modern day Playboy mansion for some Dan Blizerian type if he were a billionaire. Thing is, how many actual billionaires are living that kind of lifestyle upfront and in public like that?

The Playboy Mansion practically paid for itself and (because it was older) was built in a way that emphasized privacy. This new shyt is basically a look at me! Youtube Hype House.
