Yes, i have driven an SUV. Obviously, someone wasn't watching the child well enough if she slipped out the door.
Did she run out? She just turned one so I'm not even sure if she was able to.
When you live in a residential area or around children you are supposed to look behind the vehicle before pulling out, especially if you drive an SUV. All Im hearing are excuses. Obviously, he made a mistake. I'm just saying it could've been prevented. Do better.
Yeah it could have been prevented but it's not because he was high.
Do you have children? Most 1 years olds can walk. She was 1 and some months. Yes she could run. And watching a child doesn't mean you just stare at them 24/7. She somehow got out the door.
And again, looking is not going to do anything when an infant is standing directly behind an SUV. Only possible way fro him to see her would have been to get out of the car and walk around to the back.
The question that should be asked is how did she get out the house. But I have 2 kids so I know that shyt CAN happen. And as a parent, you usually don't realize your kids can do certain things until they actually do it.
Have somebody kneel down directly behind your truck and tell me if you see even a semblance of that person...
