Here in Cleveland I would say Morris Black is within the top 5.
I'd throw E 55 especially by Euclid in.
All of East Cleveland not bordering Case Western Reserve University, its sometimes just street after street of abandoned-looking houses with drug runners in and out.
I'd throw The Roc in there, over by W. 172nd, nikkas almost never make it out.
Also the hood by E.30 and Central

Im Probably biased to calling my hood the worse because we killed women and children with no remorse. I never did something like that, but I did kidnap a girl w intention to kill. I know a few people who were murked for Zero reason.
