The difference for me was that you had to have a basic understanding of how to play the game in order to dominate with Vick. With Bo Jackson you could take someone who has never played the game before and teach them how to snap and button mash and you have a problem on your hands.
The key to knowing when someone was actually with the fukkery with Bo is when you see they took out the running plays that used Allen.
