Definitely!! That's why I feel alot of brehs pockets are hurting besides inflation and the regular stuff. Casual dating is an expensive monthly bill. with the standards that alot of these women are shouting brehs spending $150-$300 off the jump to impress a chic. It's unsustainable especially if this isn't a woman that isn't trying to build with you or you don't see long term. Not passing judgement I've had my season of doing it as well. So I'm just passing experience down. Just take them out for ice cream, bowling, sip and paint. The simple things so you can really do you can see what she's really about and not just stuffing her face on your dime. Then you'll know if she's someone worth a dinner date.

You have to have passive income. That working a 9-5 and depending on that as your sole stream of income will always have you working with razor thin margins trying to make ends meet.

My wife and I quickly figured out that shyt wasn’t going to work for the lifestyle we wanted to live.

We went out and got investment properties and acquired an event’s space we rent out.

Our monthly bills alone probably hit around 10K or better. Working a little 9-5 even being an upper level administrator like I am doesn’t cut the mustard for what we like to do.

As far casual dating is concerned fellas don’t go broke trying to help these women support a lifestyle that they can’t even afford to support themselves. These ladies want surf and turf items off the menu, handbags, and other shyt that they either can’t afford or barely afford.

Until that woman proves she’s the one take her azz to get some wings, burgers, and other cheap shyt.

All facts. Our bills are in the 5 figures too, and we both gross over 10k a month from our jobs. But our real money comes from real estate. We either have to build our business, our never reach the level we want.

Depending on how I'm feeling, I tell her we pay for our own meals so there is no pressure.

We click, then I take her out for a more upscale setting. Mind you, I'm speaking on FIRST dates.
