Ven is asleep for years so he doesn't turn into the x-blade, Terra loses his body to xehanort and is now just armor with a mind, and aqua goes into a world of darkness for a a decade just to wake up ven and give terra his body back

Also Undertales genocide ending. its even more fukked up when it messes up the pacifist ending.

Disgaea 2 has a messed up alternative ending they edited out of the US version but in the Japanese version you can hear the protagonist murder his siblings and eat their corpses.

Usually when I play a game with multiple endings I try to get the bad/evil ending first...and I've seen some pretty fukked up ones. But I think this takes the cake -




That might be the most fukked up ending I've ever seen. Probably gave kids legit nightmares.
