I was listening to some celeb interviews today. They basically said, "the fame didn''t make me happy". It had me thinking that the only place you can get happiness is from within/your inner soul. While I'm not saying that fortune is bad it doesn't bring happiness. What happens when you reach those goals of fortune? The goal is to find yourself. Most of these celebrities are depressed.

Most of these celebs are more depressed than broke people. Wonder why? Because they neglected their soul for material possessions. You need a balance in life. This is why I'm not inheritably capitalist. I'd rather live comfortably than live rich. It comes with more problems.

I will call this foolishness. They wouldn’t change their fortune and to a lesser extent fame to be regular and “broke”.

The depression comes from whatever was done to attain it and maintain it. Those casting couches are real. Talent is a dime of dozen. Will you go the extra mile? That is what separates the haves and the have nots.

The saddest part is they can’t really open up about what has them depressed. I’m sure Jeff Bezos isn’t depressed. They’re depressed about what all they had to sacrifice and probably have winner’s remorse now.

Depression does not care about your pocketbook. I know a few folks in a unique tax bracket and man listen. .. the shyt they complain about is mind boggling

I remember being a bouncer and having a convo with an intoxicated NBA player. He tells me

“The world gets small and lonely as fukk when you rarely if ever get to introduce yourself as a stranger”

I thought he was nuts initially but you can see it play out with a lot of reckless rich and famous celebs

Most celebs are broken people trying to escape themselves into a life that only exists inside other peoples minds or in others words:

The social media age before the social media age.

Tells you everything you need to know if you can break it down. It's pimpin, pimpin....

On the real, I would want to go the Jadakiss route with being well off:

A lotta nikkas is thousandaires
Walking round town, fronting like they got mils
For what it's worth, I'm one myself
But my strength in the hood outruns my wealth

I mean to be able to pay bills, have the expenses to get around the city or world, have a nice little pad with my wife and son, and to be able to not panic like the stock market dropped looking at my bank statement outweighs the thought of dealing with the following:

  • Isolation
  • Obligation to fulfill fake friends and folks desires
  • Paying luxury taxes
  • dealing with the press
  • dealing with psychopathic fans
  • Worrying about losing my income the next day due to the fact that nobody haven't bought my shyt
  • Trying to cope with the outside world outside the fame
Folks want it one way but fail to see this is what celebs deal with on the basis. Hence why I laugh at hating bitter motherfukkers striving to want a celeb's finances, but fail to take the issues that come with those finances :beli:

Exactly this. They were social media in how people wanted to be them an have clout before social media came into existence.

People like to believe this but fukk outta here lol

They depression is not the same as a depression from being broke..they dont experience hopelessness just sad that something didnt go they way, lost friends, or death of loved ones that cant share the joy of they success.. not hopelessness though that comes with broke

One of the dumbest questions that gets ask.

Haven't heard a celebrity since I've been on this planet give up the bread unrelated to some tax break/little charity.

The question is, "will the money alone make you happy?" I'm sure it will help relieve some stresses, but would it really make you see joy.

I gave a homeless two dollars, and he was overcome with joy, started singing the black national anthem and everything, damn near made me cry

it's easy for you to say money can't make people happy, but its a lie

its women out here they gotta give their land lord some p*ssy just to have somewhere to say, sometimes they under age and they mama make'em do it

shyt it ain't easy out for people

shyt is an insult to people going through real struggles to say that

There's a difference between temporary joy and permanent happiness. He had nothing at all not a good example.
