Shout out to the few leaders out there that go against the grain to get what they personally want.

It's really a rare trait but I think one must be at peace with themselves before actually being a leader

I think you guys are looking at it wrong. I guess it depends on how you define a leader and a follower.

Leaders use logic and reasoning to make decisions.
Follows move with the crowd.

Leaders use information and knowledge to make decisions
Followers are moved with fear.
