Ok so at my Amazon site, we aren't allowed to have headphones in our ear while on the production floor. The managers play music over the loudspeakers. And I shyt y'all not that I believe one of the managers be the one who plays the same playlist over and over again. What's on the playlist you ask? Beyonce, Destiny's Child, Mariah Carey, Usher, etc. And there is another playlist that plays 80s, 90s 2000s and 2010 to current top 40 hits. The point I'm trying to make is that hearing those songs It got me to thinking what is the most overplayed songs in history?

My top 10 from memory:

1. Rhianna: Umbrella
2. Mariah Carey: We Belong Together
3. Outkast: Hey Ya
4. Usher: Yeah!
5. Destiny's Child: Survivor
6. Journey: Don't Stop Believing
7. Michael Jackson: Thriller
8. Nirvana: Smells Like Teen Spirit
9. Guns N Roses: Sweet Child O' Mine
10. Mariah Carey: Shake it Off
While ya playing... They don't sound like bad songs to keep having to hear back to back while working ...that "hey ya" would drive me crazy though.... I'd rather hear "the way you move"

I don't dance for shyt but the times my uncoordinated ass happened to be on a dance floor with a broad(s) and I heard this shyt start booting it up I just left. Like "Aight bytch, that's my time. Meet me by the bar when you done"

It's like the struggling DJ Trump card back when and after it was hot to "Kick it up a notch". Lord help if it's a CAC Dj and he bantering on the mic and see a few curly haired women with some melanin and assume they Spanish. He'll run it back 2, 3 times just to stretch his set out.
