And illmatic IS overrated. I can name 20 albums from that period that are easily just as good but for some reason illmatic is considered the bible of hip hop. Still a 5 micer tho

Yeah I find Lupe overrated as well

Outside of a few songs that I really enjoy his discog. just ain't all that to me

Look don't get it twisted...there is some great shyt on here. As an overall album tho I personally skip a bunch of shyt. It's a iconic album but top to bottom I feel it's overrated.
