I took a 12 day road trip through Detroit, Chicago, Louisville, Nashville, Atlanta and Miami this past summer

I swear to God I heard AEOM songs (all eyez on me, picture me rolling, ambitions etc) AT LEAST 4 times....just randomly in passing cars and shyt

Anything by Lil' Wayne, Lupe Fiasco, Eminem, 50 Cent, Kanye West, and OutKast after Aquemini.
De La Soul - De La Soul is Dead. I can't fukk w/ this album, first was way better. I would also take Stakes is High over that.
Redman's 1st.
Ultramagnetic MC's - Critical Beatdown. The rhymes are some Group Home type of shyt.
Big Daddy Kane's 2nd. First killed it. 3.5 mics to me, maybe 4.
Bone Thugs - E. 1999 Eternal. Good to see this being called out.
Geto Boys - The Resurrection. Uninspired and generic.
Common - Be.

Me Against the World and Makaveli are top 100 worthy hip hop albums of all time tho. Not really an insult to say All Eyez on Me isn't as good as them. All Eyez on Me is overrated if you are saying it's one of the greatest albums of all time or 5 mics or some shyt, but other than that, I can't co-sign it being overrated.

Id put every single one of those albums on par with illmatic. If they aint better they equal in terms lf enjoyment. And everyone dropped in the same time period.

Especially if i only took the ten best songs off them. Its be a blow out in that case.
