I think Lavelle Crawford is mad underrated.
Also Hanibal Buress in underrated.
I think Steve Harvey is overrated, but his earlier material, when he wasn't so much on that church sh1t was hilarious.

Most Overrated : Mike Epps (dont know if his highly rated, but as a stand up his trash) Great Comidic film actor, i would watch anything with him in it.

I think Katt Williams is very overrated. Im a silly n***** so alot of comedians are funny to me, just in different ways.
My favorite comedian is actually D.L Hughley. I dont know why but he is funny as h*** to me. I think its the way he says the material along with his tone of voice when he says it. I can relate to most of his jokes and like when he crack political jokes. I can see why many people dont like him though.
Kevin Hart-His storys are funny but its the voices and facial expressions that have me rolling.
Mike Epps-His humor to me is on the spot observational funny. Sorta like class clown funny. When he performs he doesnt have a routine, he just says dumb **** but its funny.
DeRay, Aries Spears, Cedric the Entertainer,cory holcomb and earhquake are pure comedy to me.

Mike Epps and Kevin Hart are both overrated to me. The only time I have found Mike Epps hysterical was on his guest appearance as the voice of Granddad's friend on the Boondocks. Other than that, I can't get into him. Kevin on the other hand just isn't that funny to me. He has moments, but they are far and few between. I remember my cousin put on one of his standups at Thanksgiving and I didn't laugh once. I ended up dozing off half way through it.
i agree mike epps is overrated even though that routine he does about his friend with tha funny hand be having me dying

Most Underrated def: Corey Holcomb, Hannibal Burress, and my favorite comedian DOUG STANHOPE. I don't know how many folks are up on Stanhope but dude is one of those comedians like George Carlin whose so raw with the truth he could never be mainstream. His bit on the Jews was pure classic comedy, just because he went where everybody was scared to go. His whole special "NO REFUNDS," is legendary to me.

Kevin Hart isn't funny. I don't know how he is so popular. The worst is Dane Cook. He's so bad that it actually bothers me that people laugh at him. I think his fans must be brainwashed in some way, similar to the Jim Rome crowd
