Like 80% of the population has oral herpes. The trick is to be sure she don't got no canker sores/cold sores before going down on you or you'll get genital herpes.

If you get cold sores you have herpes. You have HSV-1. You do not have an STD, but if you have oral sex with someone while you have a flare then you more than likely will pass on genital herpes to them.
