Detroit has the most swagged out population, only atlanta is fukkin w it. And I've been everywhere.

how is philly swagless? yes the public school system sucks, it's a lot of hood rats, and high crime. but that's in a ton of major cities(chicago, new york). there's always something to do in philly.

Most people don't know this........ when our age group was in HS.. we lost over a million people - all those people who were 18-29 were bouncing to Atlanta .... and it was the people w degrees n shyt. Sucked up many of our good people. But I like what's happening down there so whatever.
