Nope. Maybe if this said underappreciated sure but a lot of those have absolutely gotten praise on the listener side and review side. Method man, black thought, krit, ab soul (it should actually be Jay rock), missy, big boi, e-40, bun b, missy, etc shouldn't be up there.
