Arkansas @ #12 was surprising. Not a shock because it's an SEC school but still, they are ahead of some huge names.
I see more Arkansas alum in the Dallas area almost than any other school. They're deep and have some very loyal fans.
Like @Mook said, everything but football. However they will be playing 5 ACC teams every year in football.
With the new playoffs coming, I don't see ND getting preferential treatment any more like they had for the BCS so one of the Big 5 conference champs will always get a nod over a similar record Notre Dame in this new situation. That will force their hand to fully join the ACC. Swofford knew what he was doing with that deal. That's why the ACC is staying at 14 for football for now. Once the Notre Dame chip falls to make them the 15th football school, the desperate school vying for that 16th spot will be HILARIOUS.
