This doesn't feel fake to me.
The gay comments, both in regards to how she's raising his son and him having a son who is already gay feels to personal. They would have to be really good improv actors or something.

Seemed real to me.
In this day and age, throwing the "he will turn out gay" line is not something actors would do for views and likes. It would have the opposite effect, and bring backlash to the content creator.
You see how the father immediately tried to clean that up after he said it, for fear of personal backlash and repercussions.
