I didn't know how common it is in Chicago for teenagers to shoot their rivals multiple times in the head. In alot of cities teens would shoot at each other from up the street or something or shoot once or twice then run away

From reading the article it seems like she either legit had some type of mental break or she was on drugs. People in her family were saying she was acting out of character and was extra paranoid in the days leading up the murder. And SHE was the one who had taken the SD card out of the GPS Navigator the night before. So she was definitely not in a right state of mind.
