About 90% of union members across Ohio, Indiana, Illinois, Wisconsin and Michigan are out on strike because of unfair labor practices by AT$T.
Yesterday, AT$T withheld the paper paychecks of workers in Ohio, citing they will not give those checks out until the strike ends.
Not only is this illegal, it is also against their negotiated contract. A charge has been filed with the National Labor Relations Board.
