Thank God baby girl is ok but why the hell a 2 year old eating pancakes. Feed her gerber and what not

That's a big girl. 36 pounds of greed! She'll laugh at Gerber food! :russ:

I had to perform the Heimlich maneuver on my mom earlier this year, barely saved her life.:whew:

There was a moment where I was actually doing it and nearly panicked because nothing was happening at all.

Thankfully it worked. Almost lost my mom.:mjcry:

Oh Jesus! :salute:to you for being able to save her life! That's so scary!

Glad ur daughter is ok

I was babysitting my 3 year old niece recently, got up to use the bathroom quickly and when I came out, she was gone!

I panicked, started looking everywhere....nothing

I checked the doors and windows (all locked/closed)

I kept calling her name but no answer, finally I checked a lil closet in the corner and she was just standing there holding her hands over her ears and terrified.

Worst 8 minutes of my life :mjcry:

I'm waiting on the inevitable day when one of my children wanders off in a store or in public. I'm probably going to lose my mind for the few minutes they are missing.

I got lost at the beach when I was 5 years old. The tide ended up carrying me way down the shore. The lady I was with had the police looking for me and all...they thought I'd been abducted.

Glad she's ok!

When I was really young I remember I was playing with a whistle, 1 of them cheap 1s that came with a meal or something like that. I inhaled on it instead of blowing and the little metal ball went right in the back on my throat! My grandma had walked away (we were clothes shopping and I was bored so I sat somewhere) and I couldn't yell for help or anything and no one was around. I had to remove the ball by myself. It was scary and I was alone :to:

You really shouldn't leave children unattended when they eat certain types of food. Not saying you or your husband are at fault, things like that happen all the time with candy etc... Glad your daughter is ok.
