The update was made available for hundreds of millions of users with supported iOS devices to download as soon as Apple put it up. no i am not.....IOS 7 BETA was released in JUne and its the same as final ios 7. Nexus works the same way. 4.4 is at beta status right now until they sort out the bugs so that oem can use it on their flagship
