I gotta stop trying to muscle my bike around, and get more fluid. Another technical mistake I make when riding is not keeping my body centered over the frame. Sometimes I lean my body into the turns instead of using the bike to absorb the turns while keeping my body centered over the frame.

i grew up in arizona so i used to be able to ride on desert trails and hills any day of the week. i had a really bad fall around 13 or 14 years old where i went completely over the handlebars going down a large hill. that pretty much kept me away from riding off road ever again, LOL

What camera do you use?

I use a Go Pro Hero 3 Black Edition. The compression YouTube has on the videos do it no justice. I shoot in 1080p at 60 frames per second, and it looks really good until I upload it YouTube.

I'm fortunate to be in the bay
hard to find anywhere else that is more bike friendly from Road, Commuter and Mountain

Right behind the crib is 3 huge regional parks with trails
They say in the East Bay alone we have 1,200 miles of trails

My next project is to get a 29er
Haven't had a MB since I was in High School
I figured I go that route first before copping a road bike
I see people around with sick ones all the time from there LBS
(not that cheap Target/Walmart/Sports Authority shyt)​

I went over the handlebars the day I shot the video. shyt was like slow motion, I landed on my shoulder first.

I do ride with gloves, I just forgot them at home. It would have stopped me from ripping a hole in my hand on that second fall I had.
