I don't think it should matter but if you got an i5 why not just downgrade and jailbreak? I hear 8 is buggy and a jailbreak is all around better anyway. That's why I haven't even contemplated upgrading.

do I need apple tv for this to play on my tv btw? my boy has had this app for a minute on his jailbroke phone, and I only seen it work with apple tv to display on the big screen.

The quality and service is lower than Netflix but it's still pretty damn good.

It has way more content than Netflix. It has new stuff, shows are available next day after air. All HBO shows, etc.

This should work on 7 but it's also available in cydia if you're jailbroken. Must have app IMO.

the app wouldn't launch until I changed the date back. I thought I had to change the date to download the app. and it's working. how can I get it to display on my tv tho without apple tv?
