Whenever a cop or anyone really comes up on a crime scene or possible crime scene they almost always see a small accumulation of blood on the floor. They then touch it with their bare hands and rub it between their fingers

In a car chase and both cars are side by side and one of the cars is going to shoot or attempting to shoot the guy in the car speeding right beside him.. Why doesn't the guy whose getting shot at slam the breaks on his car causing the other car to keep mashing out while you get the fukk out of there in an opposite direction? Why keep going the same speed as the guy shooting at you
